Client Service Representative Summary:
The candidate filling this role would essentially be filling two separate roles within River Run, alleviating Sales, specifically the CEO & President’s, of many of the day to day sales activities. In addition to being the CEO & President’s “right hand person”, the candidate would also perform many of daily Business Development duties. This role would basically be a jack of all trades and fill in where needed. The candidate in this position would also have the intent of a career path within River Run and eventually grow into a Senior Level Sales Representative.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
As stated, this position would be required to assist Sales & Marketing and will be broken out into the following responsibility categories:
Cold calling for CEO and President to attend First Presentations.
Assist in the day to day aspects of the sales department including RSVP Agreement preparation, Service Usage Estimates, Quoting and client follow up, specifically for CEO and President.
Conduct client and prospect follow up calls.
Conduct follow up calls as assigned by CEO and President.
Assist in closing small quotes for CEO, President and Sales Support.
Assist with general sales projects by compiling leads from online and other listings.
Produce regularly scheduled Sales reports.
Shadow CEO or President to fully understand the River Run sales process.
Maintain client base as provided by CEO and President.
Organize RSVP prospect activities for CEO and President such as quotes, meetings, follow up calls.
General organization for CEO and President.
Cold calling for all sales reps.
Maintain CRM database including cold calling and marketing lists.
Assist Sales Manager and Marketing Coordinator with various projects and tasks that will give them a well-rounded understanding of business operations.
Execute Marketing Strategies and objectives.
Assist with content for the River Run website including Tech Blog & Whitepapers.
Assist with public relation programs including trade shows, seminars and networking events.
Conduct client surveys to obtain marketing information to enhance River Run’s service offerings.
Attend Client meetings as required
To perform this job successfully, an individual should have knowledge of Microsoft Office products and Client Relationship Management systems.
College or technical school degree; or one to three years related sales/marketing experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
