Paul Riedl, Jr.
From day one, I had the role of carpet cleaner, office cleaner, lead generator, sales person, client service representative, cabler extraordinaire and assistant to the techs. I was very good at carrying boxes and removing equipment, which allowed the engineers to work their magic. Though my title and responsibilities have changed over the past 25 years, I am still as active and passionate about the business as I was on day one.
My day-to-day activities include providing direction for the company, mentoring our people and meeting with clients and business partners; all with the goal of “helping clients achieve meaningful results,” which is our “why” in everything we do.
It has been an amazing journey as we continuously push to improve not only our business, but the industry of outsourced IT as a whole. There are many areas of this business that I am proud of, but nothing compares to the quality of people on our staff. From technicians to internal administrative support staff, we understand our success is a byproduct of the success we help create for our clients. We are proud to service client networks in the Greater Milwaukee Area and beyond with a client retention rate of over 90%. We have learned and had success over the last 25 years, but we are just getting started. I can’t wait to see what our awesome people bring in the next 25 years to our clients and the industry.
When away from the office, I spend time with my family and friends in a whole host of activities, which include waterskiing, coaching and playing soccer within the Milwaukee Kickers Soccer Club, and volunteering. I have the privilege of being a board member of SaintA and I am an active member of Holy Family Parish in Whitefish Bay.
