At this phase in the Total Network Management Program, your network is being proactively maintained through the Regularly Scheduled Visit Program (RSVP), you have technical support provided by the River Run Computers Help Desk and your Strategic IT Plan is in place. You notice your IT Plan calls for an upgrade. Now what?
IT Projects are a critical part of Total Network Management. Our intimate knowledge of your system, as well as our experience and certified Technical Professionals, allow us to implement IT Projects in an efficient and cost-effective manner.
The project begins with the Project Analysis and Coordination phase, during which your RSVP Engineer will review the project to verify the solution meets your needs. This phase is followed by the implementation phase during which River Run Computers provides and installs the hardware and software.
After the installation is complete, the System Engineer and your team will test the new solution to verify proper functionality. After the completion of the project, the network is maintained under the Regularly Scheduled Visit Program and other Total Network Management Services.
