"Thanksgiving Day, I got a call from our accountant saying a server was down.  Randy came in to pickup a server that he was going to image.  He was met with bells and whistles going off.   Randy called me, said, “Not to worry, just need enough time to get the bird in the oven.” He worked with HP, narrowed the issue down to being a power supply, got us temporarily rolling, and we had a plan in place to get the server fully functional later that day."

When you need assistance, dial 414-228-7474 and allow our team of talented professionals to address your issue or concern. Our help desk personnel will assist by walking you through troubleshooting steps or by accessing your system remotely.


If the issue requires a System Engineer onsite, our support team will schedule the visit. Clients who prefer using email are able to request assistance from the help desk directly at support@river-run.com.


Clients wanting to schedule an onsite visit are able to email their scheduling request to scheduling@river-run.com.
